We don't run a sales cycle. The point of the consultation call is to be useful in thirty minutes whether or not you ever hire us — so the steps below are the same regardless of fit.
We read it personally. No CRM, no sequence. If we've solved a similar shape of problem we'll say so in the reply.
We listen for ten, share what we've seen for ten, and end with a clear yes/no on fit and a recommended engagement shape.
If it's a yes, we send a written scope within 48 hours. If it's a no, we send a one-line referral to the firm or operator who's a better fit.
